Bumped into Natalie Agent Ribbons on Congress – it’s a small world.
Ate some delicious lunch at The South Congress Cafe – It’s my favourite place to eat in Austin. They do a wonderful tomato and stilton soup. I know for a fact that everyone from the UK on tour longs for soup. Right?
Bought my boyfriend an Austin slogan T. He loves Austin and wants us to move there. Yikes!
Watched the first episode of Deadwood. I’ve actually completed the whole lot but I’m starting again. Is it wrong to find Iain McShane attractive? Probably.
I listened to a lot of Belinda Carlisle post gig. She was the first artist I ever saw in Concert. I still love her big time, and so does sound man Kenny Mac.
You were wonderful Austin. We loved the loud singing, and the free pizza.

Terrific concert! I stood near the stage in front of Carey. That goof-ball girl is fun to watch. She is so into her keyboard playing, bouncing and swiveling with the music. I can’t understand, though, why she brought a beer on stage. It must be a psychological crutch because I don’t think she touched it the entire set.

Hendricks and Tonic is also my favorite. Thought you might like my twist to it.
Take a 1-2 inch disk of peeled cucumber. cut into fourths. Push through a garlic press. Put into glass before anything else.
