Kentucky came and went and now we’re Chicago bound.
Great crowd last night at Southgate house. A few familiar faces and few new ones too. It was especially nice to see Chris from The Essex Green attending. We dedicated ‘Away with murder’ to him. That song was written when both bands were touring the states in the winter of 2006/07.
I didn’t see too much of Newport Kentucky but there was a beautiful sun set to be seen and I ate some fantastic sushi. Oh and I didn’t notice there had been a change in time zones which meant I was running at a slightly different pace from everyone else. Apologies if I was a bit weird when talking to you guys after the show.
Big big thanks to very sweet Oblio boys for playing with us the last few nights. We enjoyed having you along. Best of luck with your record.
