Awesome — you’ll be in bellingham! I was wondering if you’ld play a Vancouver gig, but this is close enough. I really like your stuff, lyrically and instrumentally.

I’m really excited for this Bellingham show! The nightlight is a great venue and it will be a lovely show, I’m sure!
Just bought my tickets for the Bellingham show – I’ve missed the Seattle shows in recent years, so I’m really happy that you’re playing our little town. Great venue though – great sound and holds about 300 people I think.

Do NightLight shows sell out very often?

How about a trip across the border and up to Vancouver? :)

The Nightlight is closing!!!! What now!!? Please still come. I already bought tickets.
Yes, the Nightlight has closed down. Many of the Nightlight shows have been moved to the Wild Buffalo (http://wildbuffalo.net/) here in town, including NME faves The XX. Hopefully Camera Obscura will be moved there as well. Another option is Western Washington University (http://as.wwu.edu/programs/as-productions/popmusic.php) – they have an all-ages venue that is just a tad larger than the Nightlight.
Where can we purchase 2 tickets for this? Can’t even find it on their website (wild buffalo) and we are coming from out of town.

You’re welcome!
And no, to Dan’s question above based on what I heard by e-mail.

oi, not a good night. apologies to the band for the lameness of the crowd. bellingham is a hick town and apparently they don’t know how to behave at shows. the sound wasn’t great either and i appreciate that the band was professional enough to play through their entire set list. i hope your gig in portland goes better. best wishes.

So the tickets I purchased a month and a half ago, to see Camera Obscura (4/24/10), at the Nightlight Lounge, will now be honored at Wild Buffalo????
